October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and most of us have been affected by this disease in one way or another - personally, or through family, friends and acquaintances - and definitely through the media.
However, awareness should not be delegated to one month only - it is an ongoing discovery to be undertaken daily.

We should all try to live our lives in a state of awareness - of our bodies and minds, of others - and of course, the health of our Planet and Environment.
Knowledge is Power, and when we are unaware of the condition of our bodies and minds, we remain largely disempowered.
Listen to the messages our bodies give us (our body is always aware of what is happening to it - long before we are).
Sometimes these messages have to be screamed at us before we take notice....and sometimes we take note too late.
It is only when we are looking for cures and reasons and remedies, that we realise prevention is the best cure, and that our health is without a doubt the most important and valuable aspect of our lives!
