What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique
Works where nothing else will

EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, disease and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren’t necessary. Instead, one stimulates well-established energy meridian points on the body by tapping on them with the fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so one can do it anywhere. It launches off the EFT Discovery Statement, which says…
“The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.”
And because our physical pains and diseases are so obviously connected with our emotions the following statement has also proven to be true….
“Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases.”

This common sense approach draws its power from
(1) time-honored Eastern discoveries that have been around for over 5000 years and
(2) Albert Einstein, who told us back in the 1920’s that everything (including our bodies), is composed of energy. These ideas have been largely ignored by Western Healing Practices and that is why EFT often works where nothing else will.

More benefits … • One makes enormous strides by introducing EFT into one’s therapy process. Instead of taking months or years using conventional “talk therapy”, EFT often does the job cleanly and thoroughly in 1 or 2 sessions… sometimes even moments. These near-instant results are called “1 Minute wonders”.

• Once one has seen how well EFT clears out emotional debris, the next step is to notice how physical ailments start to fade. Stomachaches, back pains and other discomforts tend to improve or vanish. Even vision may become clearer and every day stress takes less toll on the system.

• Using EFT it often gives relief to the debilitating effects of traumatic memories, grief, fears (including fear of rejection or public speaking), depression, common ailments as headaches, migraines, asthma.

• Outstanding results using EFT have been achieved to stop smoking or any other addiction for that matter as long as the client is prepared to stop the addiction.

• Accordingly EFT can be used for just about anything from the common cold to cancer.

Excellent results are achieved in the areas of overeating and weight-loss.
